This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, any motorcycle manufacturer, dealership, shop, or other third party unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 18, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2027 ("Sweepstakes Period").
All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Sponsor's designated computer system shall serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except residents of New York and Florida.
The Sweepstakes is void in New York, Florida, and wherever otherwise prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
Employees, attorneys, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor, its affiliated entities, advertising or promotional agencies, and any organization directly involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win.
Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the official Ultimate Rider Giveaway landing page and complete the entry form with the requested information.
Submitting a completed eligible entry form constitutes one (1) official entry into the Sweepstakes.
There is no purchase necessary to submit an official entry.
Entrants must provide accurate and valid information. Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicate, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.
5. BONUS ENTRIES
Eligible entrants may have opportunities to receive additional entries during the Sweepstakes Period.
Facebook Follow Bonus: Follow the official Freeburn Motorcycle Attorneys Facebook page through the link or instructions provided on the Sweepstakes landing page to receive the number of bonus entries specified on the landing page.
Instagram Follow Bonus: Follow the official Freeburn Motorcycle Attorneys Instagram account through the link or instructions provided on the Sweepstakes landing page to receive the number of bonus entries specified on the landing page.
Tag-a-Riding-Buddy Bonus: Entrants may receive additional bonus entries by tagging eligible, unique individuals in separate comments on the designated official Ultimate Rider Giveaway promotional post.
Each qualifying unique tag submitted in accordance with the instructions provided on the promotional post will count toward the number of bonus entries stated in the promotion.
Tags must identify legitimate individual accounts. Entrants may not create accounts, use automated systems, bots, scripts, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, or other artificial methods for obtaining entries.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify all bonus-entry activities before awarding the prize.
The specific number of bonus entries available through each method and any applicable maximum will be identified on the official Sweepstakes landing page or promotional materials.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS
Entrants may not use multiple identities, false information, automated entry services, bots, scripts, macros, or any other method intended to circumvent these Official Rules or artificially increase their number of entries.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, interferes with the operation of the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an abusive, deceptive, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike manner.
7. GRAND PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
The Grand Prize consists of a motorcycle shopping spree with a maximum retail value of $10,000 at an eligible motorcycle dealership or motorcycle-related retail shop selected by the winner and approved by Sponsor.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $10,000.
Subject to these Official Rules, the winner may elect to use the prize toward eligible merchandise offered by the approved dealership or shop, which may include a new or used motorcycle, motorcycle parts or accessories, motorcycle riding gear or apparel, or other eligible motorcycle-related merchandise approved by Sponsor.
The Grand Prize will not be paid directly to the winner in cash. Sponsor will coordinate payment directly with the approved dealership or shop, up to a maximum aggregate amount of $10,000.
If the winner selects merchandise or a motorcycle costing more than $10,000, the winner will be solely responsible for paying the difference and any costs not expressly included in the Grand Prize.
If the winner selects merchandise totaling less than $10,000, no cash, credit, refund, or other compensation will be provided for the unused balance, unless otherwise determined by Sponsor and permitted by applicable law.
Prize availability is subject to dealership/shop participation, product availability, and Sponsor approval. Sponsor does not guarantee that any particular motorcycle, product, brand, dealership, or shop will be available or willing to participate.
8. COSTS NOT INCLUDED
Unless Sponsor expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the winner is responsible for any costs exceeding the $10,000 prize value and any expenses associated with accepting or using the prize that are not specifically included.
These may include, as applicable, vehicle registration, title fees, insurance, transportation, delivery charges, financing charges, licensing requirements, dealer fees, taxes, and other costs associated with purchasing, owning, registering, or operating a motorcycle.
9. RANDOM DRAWING AND ODDS OF WINNING
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing is anticipated to occur on or about April 2, 2027.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor's decisions concerning the drawing, eligibility of entries, and selection of the potential winner are final, subject to applicable law.
10. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or other contact information provided on the official entry form.
The potential winner must respond to Sponsor within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notification.
Before being declared the official winner, the potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility and execute and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, tax documentation, and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven (7) calendar days, is determined to be ineligible, fails to provide required documentation, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
11. TAXES
The Grand Prize has an Approximate Retail Value of $10,000.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.
Sponsor will issue any tax reporting documentation required by applicable law. The winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.
12. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, city and state of residence, statements regarding the Sweepstakes, and photographs or video associated with the awarding of the prize for lawful advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
Nothing in this provision requires the winner to endorse Sponsor's legal services.
13. PRIVACY
Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy practices and these Official Rules.
Entry into the Sweepstakes does not require an entrant to become a client of Freeburn Motorcycle Attorneys or Freeburn Law. Entering the Sweepstakes does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Where required by law, consent to receive marketing communications will be obtained separately and will not be required as a condition of entering or winning the Sweepstakes.
14. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliated entities, employees, attorneys, officers, directors, representatives, advertising and promotional partners, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, participating dealerships and shops, and their respective representatives from claims arising out of participation in the
